Youth Initiative - Birthday Offering

With Swami's 95th Birthday fast approaching, the youth of SSBC of Cooksville have decided to take on the initiative of putting together a Birthday Book full of wonderful and heartfelt wishes. If you would like to contribute to this offering, see details below.

1. The link provided here will allow you to circulate the survey to other members to fill out with a name (individual or family), a birthday wish as well as an email. 
2. The deadline for wishes to be submitted will be, Saturday, November 10th, 2020. If, for any reason, you are unable to submit your wish by then, kindly do reach out to the YA Coordinators at your earliest convenience.
3. This book will be mailed out to Parthi (hardcopy) to our Beloved Bhagawan for his 95th Birthday. 
4. Our goal is to get at least 95th centre members to write a heartfelt message/wish to our Bhagawan.
