THANK YOU! - 92nd Birthday Celebrations

Sairam dear all,
 
On behalf of Cooksville Sai Centre, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for the invaluable support you gave us for celebrating Swami's 92nd birthday.  

We had nearly touched the peak of spiritual ecstasy with the celebration of Swami’s birthday at the Centre on November 23rd, thanks to the efforts of the devotional wing, ladies wing and service wing.  We had Nagara Sankirtan, the first of its kind in our Centre.  The whole day was filled with ‘Nada Brahmam’!
 
Yet came another day of splendor with the unfolding of the Ramayana!
 
This year’s ‘Ramayana play’ is Swami’s mission of how all the energies of the boys and girls are channelized to bring out the best of talents in them leading them in the spiritual path!
 
This year’s Ramayana play was the expression of leadership, team-work, commitment, dedication, multi-talented skills, devotion to Swami, devotion to scriptures, and the comprehension of what are the real values in life.
 
 
The focus in the play was on the ‘human values’ evinced by the characters of the play with moral lessons to be learnt from each one of them.
 
We all know that Swami is the chief director of the play but on the human level, we would fail to do our duty if we do not commend Sri Muthulingam for his superb conception, visualization and direction of the play.
 
We may have the best of directors, but finally it is in the execution.  I have no words to thank our education coordinator, gurus, scene leaders, props team, costume team, the sevadhal, the audio and video team, the artisan of the altar and most importantly all of you parents who came together to pour your love and support through donations, time and energy in helping us with costumes, props, preparation of food, dropping of children for practices on family holidays.  You have done great sacrifices, and Swami will reward you all with boys and girls who will be worthy of emulation for their character in society.  Your participation has made a great difference. May Swami shower His choicest blessings on your children! 
 
 
I pray to Swami that we all work together as one big family in the years to come and see that each and every child becomes a shining star that we all look up to!
